These are the plain-language rules for using HomePageCloud. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

The service

HomePageCloud is a free, ad-free personal homepage where you save and organize links. It's provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, so please download a backup now and then.

Your account

• Use a real email address you control and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Your links, sections and notes are yours. We store them only to show them to you, as described in the privacy page.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. That deletes your links and notes.

Fair use

Please don't use HomePageCloud to break the law, store or spread malware, phishing or abusive content, send spam, or try to break, overload or get around the site's security. We may suspend or remove accounts that do, or that put the service or other people at risk.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site or by email. If we ever have to shut HomePageCloud down, we'll give notice where we can so you have time to download your links.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, HomePageCloud isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the site, such as lost links you hadn't backed up.
